1.	Learning about and becoming familiar with the program and the music. (The program has been distributed to the school's designated Olympic Winter Games liaison.)
2.	Contacting the school's music education teachers, and making sure they are familiar with the program and the music.
3.	Planning with the music specialist and/or school Olympic Winter Games liaison to carry out a performance of the program at their respective schools.
4.	Evaluating local school and community resources and finding or developing opportunities for the students to adapt the program for local special events leading up to and/or during the 2002 Olympic Winter Games and the Paralympics.
5.	Acting as a liaison between the special event coordinator and the school or group to coordinate logistics and arrange necessary sound or staging equipment.
