What Do I Need to Run MIPCOM?

MIPCOM is a simple Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The only requirements are a computer running Microsoft Excel 2000 or Corel QuattroPro 9. Some familiarity with how a computer spreadsheet works is helpful, but the user interface only allows data to be entered in certain boxes, streamlining the process.
