The Resource Development Coordinating Committeee (RDCC) is a clearinghouse for information on activities affecting state and public lands throughout Utah. The RDCC includes representatives from the state agencies that are generally involved or impacted by public lands management. The RDCC coordinates the review of technical and policy actions that may affect the physical resources of the state and facilitates the exchange of information on those actions among federal, state, and local government agencies.

Functions
- Assist the State Planning Coordinator with the review of proposed State actions affecting physical resources;
- Assist the State Planning Coordinator with the State review of Federal and Federally assisted actions subject to the Federal Assistance Management Program Act, the National Environment Policy Act of 1969 (P.L. 91-190), and Presidential Executive Order 12372;
- Assist the State Planning Coordinator with the State review of proposed Federal rules and regulations pertaining to natural resource issues; and
- Assist the State Planning Coordinator with the development and implementation of a procedure which will expedite the review of proposed energy and industrial facilities that require permits to be issued by more than one State agency.
