I. Approval of Minutes

Bill Schlotthauer called the meeting to order at 9:04 a.m. Pam Grubaugh-Littig made a motion to approve the February 13 minutes at submitted. Kimm Harty seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

II. Location of Future Meetings

The location of RDCC meetings is at the State Planning Coordinator's discretion. Because of the density of agencies that are located in the vicinity of DNR and DEQ, it was proposed that RDCC meetings be held at DNR. DNR has proposed to coordinate room set up and provide computer equipment for meeting use.

The general consensus of the committee members favored RDCC meetings to be held at DNR.

III. Discussion of MOUs



Several updated MOUs have been received. The remainder need to be submitted by the beginning of April.

IV. Anticipated Projects

• Sand Hollow Reservoir in Washington County may become a State Park.

• A Comprehensive Management Project for the Utah Lake boundary is upcoming through the Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands.

• A Groundwater Management Plan for the Salt Lake Valley will be submitted by the Division of Water Rights with public meetings scheduled.

V. Adjournment

There being no further business to bring before the Committee, Bill Schlotthauer, Chair, adjourned the meeting at 9:55 a.m.
