Governor Herbert to Sign Bonding Bills and Veterinary Education Bill Tomorrow in Ceremonies in Layton, Logan, and Tooele

WHAT:    Governor Herbert will sign bills tomorrow which authorize the issuance of general obligation and revenue bonds for specified capital projects throughout the state (HB4 & SB5).  The bill signings will be held at three institutions of higher education which will benefit from the bonding authority:  Weber State University Davis, Utah State University, and the Tooele Applied Technical College.  The Governor will also sign HB 57, which provides for the establishment of a veterinary education program at Utah State University.
