Governor Hosts First Ever Education Faculty Meeting

What: During the Governor’s first ever statewide education faculty meeting, educators and administrators will learn more about Utah’s educational goals and priorities, and what role their efforts play in reaching the Governor’s “On PACE” 66% by 2020 goal. The faculty meeting will be broadcast live on KUED Channel 7, KUEN Channel 9, KBYU Channel 11, and streamed on www.uen.org and www.utah.gov.

Visuals: Media are invited to attend. Fifteen minutes prior to the broadcast cameras are welcome into the auditorium to gather unique b-roll. However the event itself will be distributed through the same method as the Governor’s Monthly News Conference, on Microwave Channel 3. Cameras will not be permitted in the auditorium during the event. The Governor and speakers will provide media availability after the event upon request.
