Gov. Herbert to sign anti-pornography bills declaring public health crisis

Gov. Gary R. Herbert will sign two anti-pornography bills, S.C.R. 9 Concurrent Resolution on the Public Health Crisis and H.B. 155 Reporting of Child Pornography. Last month, Utah became the first state to declare pornography “a public health hazard leading to a broad spectrum of individual and public health impacts and societal harms.†National experts will be present to address research and next steps following the passage of S.C.R. 9.
