Julia Pappas is the Deputy Director of Communications for Governor Spencer J. Cox.

A proud champion of Utah, Julia previously spent seven years at World Trade Center Utah, helping position the state as an international economic hub and supporting local companies through trade shows and missions abroad. Earlier in her career, she held advertising and account leadership roles.
