SALT LAKE CITY (Feb. 11, 2021) — Click here to watch this week’s COVID-19 briefing.

ASL interpretation is provided. Traducción al español en Univision 32.

Some highlights from this briefing include:

  • We’ve administered 462,770 doses of the coronavirus vaccine.
  • Our case counts, percent positivity and hospitalizations are decreasing.
  • We’ve conducted 3 and a half million tests. We have the lowest number of long term care facility outbreaks since September.
  • The federal government announced another increase in weekly allocations to states, now up to 11 million doses nationwide. In Utah, that increase means another 4,200 doses for us each week.
  • We are officially issuing a call to action and announcing a statewide volunteer effort for those who are willing and able to assist in our vaccination operations. Anyone who wants to help can sign up at www.utahresponds.org.
