SALT LAKE CITY (Jan. 21, 2021) — At his first monthly news conference, Gov. Spencer J. Cox gave an update on Utah’s coronavirus vaccine plans and discussed his plans to work with the Biden Administration on a solution to Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments.
