SALT LAKE CITY (April 14, 2021) — Gov. Spencer J. Cox held a ceremonial signing of the following bills:

• HB193: Full-day Kindergarten
• HB386: Education Innovation Program
• HB396: Paid Professional Hours for Educators
• SB127: Early Literacy Outcomes Improvement
• HB346: Funding Independence in Foreign Language Education
• HB428: School Safety Amendments
• SB172: Higher Education Student Assistance Amendments
• HB230: Refugee and Immigrant Student Policies Amendments
• HB302: Educational Language Services Amendments
• HB30: Student Tribal Regalia Use Amendments
