Gov. Cox understands the importance of access to high quality and affordable health care. This became imperative during COVID-19, but remains crucial post-pandemic.

Gov. Cox is focused on promoting innovative ways to cut health care costs, addressing the social factors that can adversely affect health, preventing disease through healthy lifestyles, and increasing mental health resources and suicide prevention efforts.
