Eve Harding Barber serves as the director of correspondence for Gov. Spencer Cox. Prior to this appointment, Eve served as the communications fellow for the Cox/Henderson administration. Born and raised in the suburbs of Washington DC, Eve moved to Utah in 2015 to attend High School and later university at Brigham Young University. Eve is a graduate of BYU with a B.A. in History and French studies.

In her spare time, Eve enjoys spending time with her husband, reading, hiking, swimming, and playing violin.
