Governor signs three more bills of the 2022 General Legislative Session

SALT LAKE CITY (Feb. 11, 2022) – Today, Gov. Spencer J. Cox signed three bills. This brings the total number of signed pieces of legislation from the 2022 General Legislative Session to 13. Information on these bills can be found below. 

  • HB40: Judicial Performance Evaluation Commission Amendments
  • SCR3: Concurrent Resolution Highlighting Utah’s Rare Earth Mineral
  • SB59: Tax Amendments
