Gracia Allen serves as the Director of Constituent Services to Utah Gov. Spencer J. Cox. Prior to this appointment she worked as the Public Records Specialist in the Office of the Lieutenant Governor.

Before joining the State of Utah, Gracia taught English as a second language to elementary students in Taiwan. Gracia holds a bachelor's degree in family services and political science from Southern Utah University.
