ASL interpretation is provided. Traducción al español en Univision 32.

Some highlights from this briefing include:

  • We’ve administered 936,681 doses of the coronavirus vaccine.
  • At least 79% of Utah adults ages 70 and older have received at least one dose of the vaccine; 64% of people between the ages of 65-69 have also received at least one dose; and 29% of our 50-64 year olds have received at least one dose.
  • H.B. 294 keeps a partial statewide mask mandate in effect after April 10. Only a portion of it goes away. Businesses can and should require masks of workers and patrons, at least until we get 1.6 million doses available to us. Based on current projections, that might not be until late May.
