Adam Duncan recently served as an assistant attorney general in the White Collar Crime and Commercial Enforcement Division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office. He represented the Utah Division of Consumer Protection in civil litigation, targeting consumer fraud and unlawful business opportunity schemes. Before that, he was a staff attorney at Utah Legal Services, handling protective orders and other domestic cases for low income Utah residents.
He graduated from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law where he received an Outstanding Achievement Award in Constitutional Law II and Private Securities. He was a research assistant, an intern for Legal Aid Society of Salt Lake, and a member of the school’s mediation team. He also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University.
