Gov. Cox issues new executive order, establishes effective oversight over state agency rulemaking
SALT LAKE CITY (May 6, 2021) — Gov. Spencer Cox has issued a new order redefining administrative rules. The Office of Administrative Rules will review each rule submitted for publication to ensure the drafting and formatting is consistent with the current edition of the Office of Administrative Rules’ Rulewriting Manual for Utah. This is currently performed by the Governor’s Office.

Gov. Cox orders water conservation measures at all state facilities
SALT LAKE CITY (May 3, 2021) — In response to ongoing concerns about extremely dry conditions, Gov. Spencer J.
