Olivia Hoge serves as the Special Projects Manager to Utah Gov. Spencer Cox.

Before her appointment in the Governor’s Office, she served as the Elections Management Coordinator for Salt Lake City. Her background includes roles as the Local Entity Specialist and Special Assistant to Lt. Governor Henderson.

Originally from Idaho, Olivia came to Utah for her studies and earned a B.S. in Political Science from Utah State University.

 
In her free time, Olivia enjoys painting, travel, music, and spending time with family and friends.
